ALOO CHILLA
Ingredients
- Water chestnut flour - 3 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
- Rock salt - according to taste
- Black Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Potato - 200 grams
- Ghee - 1/2 tsp
How to make aloo chilla?
- First of all, clean-peel the potatoes, grate them and take them out in a vessel.
- Now put cumin, salt, green chilli, coriander, black pepper powder, flour in this grated potato, mash it well and prepare the batter.
- After this, put ghee in a pan, heat it, spread the prepared batter in the pan, and spread it well.
- After cooking one side, add ghee on the other side and cook it well till it becomes golden.
- Aloo ka chilla is ready to serve.
CUCUMBER FRITTERS
Ingredients
- Water chestnut flour - 2 cups
- Rock salt - according to taste
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Cucumber - 2
- Oil - 2 cups
How to make cucumber fritters?
- First of all, clean-peel the cucumber and grate it. Then, squeeze it once and take out the water as well.
- After this, put flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, finely chopped green chilli in a vessel and mix it well.
- After a while, prepare the batter by adding a little water and grated cucumber.
- After this, heat oil in a pan, take some of the prepared batters and put them in the pan for frying.
- Deep fry it well, take it out on a plate and serve.
SABUDANA PARATHAS
Ingredients
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
- Rock salt - according to taste
- Groundnut powder - 1/2 cup
- Sabudana - 1/2 cup soaked
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Boiled potatoes – 2
How to make sabudana parathas?
- First, prepare the batter by adding sabudana, groundnut powder, potatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
- After this, grease the hands with ghee to avoid sticky hands while making the paratha.
- Now make paratha keeping step 2 in mind. Put the paratha in the heated pan after adding ghee and cook both sides well till it becomes golden.
- This delicious dish is ready to serve with curd.
