Star Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Chopped mango - 1 bowl
- Frozen strawberry - 3
- Cooked star fruit - 3
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
Method:
- Take out the mango pulp and keep it in a covered bowl inside the fridge.
- Cut the star fruit into small pieces; put the ingredients in a blender and mix with the frozen mango, strawberries, lemon juice and water.
- Blend them well; serve in a glass, and do not mix rice or sugar.
Orange Star Fruit Juice
Ingredients:
- Star fruit - 2 lightly cooked
- Ice cubes - 4 to 5
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:

Method:
- After washing the star fruit, remove its peel from the side and cut it into small pieces.
- Similarly, after washing the carrots, cut them into small pieces.
- Now blend them well; filter this mixture through a sieve, fill it in a bowl and add lemon juice.
