Ingredients For Mousse:

  • 600 gm cup soft cheese
  • 600 gm whipped cream
  • 200 gm milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ kg rasmalai
  • 40 gm gelatin
  • 90 ml chilled water

Ingredients For Base:

  • 1 cup crumbled digestive biscuit
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Ingredients For Garnish:

  • Pistachio flakes
  • Chocolate chips

Preparations:

1. In a loaf pan or small pan add butter and biscuit crumbs. Mix it well and then spread it evenly in the pan. Keep this pan in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hrs. So, it is set properly.

2. Meanwhile, in a bowl add gelatin and water. Stir them together and keep it aside as well.

3. To prepare the mousse mixture add cheese, whipped cream, milk, and vanilla essence into a bowl. Whisk them all together until they are smooth and foamy in texture.

4. Then in the microwave heat the gelatin mixture. After that add it into the mousse mixture and give it a good mix.

5. Take out the refrigerated biscuit-mix and in the same pan layer it with rasmalai and prepared mousse mixture.

6. Keep this pan in the refrigerator overnight. Lastly, unmold it and garnish it with chocolate chips and pistachio flakes.
