It only takes a few minutes to prepare this simple snack. Simply spread your fave nachos in a big bowl. Then, transfer the grated mozzarella cheese to a new bowl and stir in the red chilli powder, paprika, and salt. Meanwhile, finely chop the zucchini, tomatoes, spring onions and onions. The nachos are then layered with shredded cheese, vegetables, and combinations. Oregano, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes are used as seasonings. After one minute in the microwave, serve hot with juices or other cool drinks.

Tri-Coloured Sandwich

Arrange fillings in orange, white, and green layers to make a colourful sandwich. Place a layer of paneer or cheese (white), then a layer of mint chutney (green), and last, between slices of whole wheat bread, combine grated carrots and bell peppers (orange). This vibrant sandwich will wow the senses on both the visual and taste levels.

Tri-Coloured Idlis

To make the green layer of the idli batter, use pureed spinach; for the white layer, use plain batter; and for the orange layer, use tomato puree. For a visually appealing and nutrient-dense tiffin option, steam them in a tricolour arrangement. You can serve the regular idli with green and red chutney with some assortment to look like the flag too.

Palak Fritters

This recipe is ideal for satisfying a hunger at any moment. Clean and wash the spinach leaves. Select fresh spinach leaves. Next, combine ½ cup besan, 3 tablespoons sooji or semolina, salt, red chilli powder, and coriander powder to taste. The batter should be thick but not runny. When the oil is heated enough, add some heat to the pan, dip the leaf into the batter and deep fry it. Remove and serve warm with coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
