If you follow Priyanka Chopra on social media, you would know how her recent visit to India was jam-packed with work commitments, while she also had some quality time with her loved ones. But the foodie in her still managed to sneak out time to relish her favourite desi food in between. The actor-entrepreneur, who is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, is now back to her family in the US, and spending good time with her husband, singer-songwriter Nick Jonas and daughter Maltie Marie Chopra Jonas.
Her latest Instagram stories showed us that Priyanka recently enjoyed a romantic walk with Nick. It seems like the walk was followed by a quick coffee outing, as our ‘desi girl’ shared a glimpse of her latest gastronomic adventure on social media. And guess what, it was a sumptuous cup of coffee. Priyanka relished a delicious coffee at Nellie's Southern Kitchen in Las Vegas. Believe us when we say it wasn’t just a regular cup of coffee.
PeeCee’s frothy brew came with a woman's face imprinted on the foam, looking absolutely gorgeous. Along with the restaurant, she tagged Paul Kevin Jonas and Denise Jonas, Nick’s brother and mother respectively. Take a look at what she shared:
Well, with the winter season being here, a freshly-brewed latte late in the chilly evening is all one needs, isn’t it? And if a cup of coffee looks that stunning, who would mind?
Latte art isn’t a new trend as we’ve seen some absolutely amazing forms of it in the past. Latte art is a method of preparing coffee created by pouring microfoam into a shot of espresso, which results in a pattern or design on the surface of the latte. Interesting, isn’t it? But that’s not the only trend that has gone viral. Here are some of the top coffee trends you may have missed:
Proffee
A coffee trend that started on TikTok and spilled all over the social media, proffee is basically nothing but a combination of a protein shake and a coffee. The trend went viral, mainly amongst the fitness enthusiasts as the protein content adds extra body to the coffee. Thus, making it more satiating and keeping us full for long. The trend has become all the rage among those who wanted to increase their protein intake without giving up on their favourite cup of coffee. Well, we can’t deny it is the best of both worlds.
Nitro Cold Brews
Taking cold brews to another level, nitro cold brew infuses nitrogen gas into the cold brew through a pressurised valve, adding small bubbles that improve the coffee’s flavour and texture. These bubbles are smaller than what you’d find in soda, which means that the brew doesn’t taste fizzy or carbonated. They went viral among those who wanted their coffee with less sugar, less bitter but smoother and creamier.
Matcha Latte
A healthier dose of caffeine, matcha latte is for those who wish to fit in their love for coffee in their diet plans. While a coffee latte has espresso, steamed milk, and foam, a matcha latte combines green tea powder, water, and milk. The beverage offers less caffeine, and is considered to provide a cleaner caffeine boost than coffee.
