When the food seems not edible in the mess, the kitchen seems chaotic, or you are not in the mood to cook, the instant noodles satisfy your hunger. Different Desi Maggi Recipes You Must Try

If you are bored of the classic Maggi recipes where you boil the water, cook the noodles, and add the masala, you should try a few interesting tweaks. Not only do these twists make the noodles taste better but also add a kick to the dish. Try these three quick recipes.

Egg Bhurji Maggi

If you have only a packet of Maggi and an egg in your pantry, what do you do? One of the simplest recipes is to cook egg bhurji and noodles in separate pans. Combine the two and add masala on top. Garnish your meal with some leftover Maggi masala and enjoy a hearty meal with a drink of your choice on the side.

Cheesy Maggi

Have you ever added oregano and cheese to Maggi? It is a delightful combination that will leave you wanting for more. After your noodles are 80% done, add two tablespoons of milk, Maggi masala, oregano, and grated cheese. Cook for a couple of minutes more and enjoy cheesy-licious noodles.

Vegetable Maggi

In most Indian households, if you cook Maggi with a couple of vegetables like peas, carrots, tomatoes, and onions, it is a vegetable variant of the popular snack. Saute vegetables in some butter while the noodles cook in another pan. When the noodles are done, drop them in the pan of vegetables and toss them after adding Maggi masala. It is also a popular snack sold by vendors in makeshift stalls near hostels and offices in India.
