Cooking can be challenging sometimes, especially when there are many dishes cooking simultaneously on the stove and in the oven. With Usha's Oven Toaster Grill (OTG), cooking may be made easier while you still cook up delicious dishes. Any food that needs slow even heat can be made perfectly with this  appliance. For example, you can make braised foods and roasts without any problem. In addition to saving time, one-pot meals enable flavours to perfectly combine to create a nourishing dish.

One-Pan Baked Butter Chicken

Tender chicken pieces and a spicy creamy sauce come together in this traditional dish. To make this recipe in your Usha OTG, begin by marinating the chicken for at least an hour in yoghurt and spices such as cumin, coriander, and garam masala. It also adds flavour to the chicken and retains its moisture during the time it is being prepared for cooking. Put the marinated chicken, butter, cream, tomato puree, and more spices in a baking dish.

The OTG's uniform heat distribution will enable the chicken to cook through perfectly as the sauce thickens and boils. After assembling, bake the dish for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C. The finished product is succulent chicken encased in a smooth sauce that goes well with rice or naan.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Bake

Try the Lemon Garlic Chicken Bake for something tangy and fragrant. Set your OTG's temperature to 180°C to begin. Place chicken thighs in a baking tray and sprinkle with salt & pepper. To add fresh flavours to the chicken, add a teaspoon of dry oregano, thinly sliced lemon rounds, and chopped garlic. To keep the chicken moist while it cooks, pour a cup of chicken broth on top.

Consider garnishing the chicken with sprigs of thyme or rosemary for more flavour. To let the chicken absorb the flavour of the lemon, cover the dish with foil and bake it for half an hour. Remove the cover and continue baking for ten to fifteen more minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a hint of golden colour.

One Pot Mexican Chicken And Rice

To make this easy Mexican dish, adde chicken thighs, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, black beans, and long-grain rice to your OTG after first seasoning them with taco seasoning. This blend produces a mix that is delicious. After adding enough chicken broth to cover everything, bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C. Everything will cook evenly due to the OTG's heat, which also lets the spices blend nicely. When the rice is cooked, fluff it up and add slices of avocado or fresh cilantro for a creamy touch.
