Recipe Method-
1. To start, you must first make a cashew nut paste to give it a creamy consistency. Make a raisin paste to give it a somewhat sweet flavour.
2. Marinate the chicken next. Take haldi, jeera powder, garam masala, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste and combine them in a bowl for that. Mix everything well after adding a little water. Include the chicken pieces and thoroughly coat them in the mixture.
3. Chicken should now be cooked in ghee till golden. Ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala, ground ginger, and red chilli powder should all be added. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Chicken should be taken out of the pan.
4. Chopped tomatoes should be added to the same masala and cooked until soft. Put in a half cup of water followed by 2 to 3 minutes of simmering. Add raisin and cashew paste after stirring. Chicken has now been added; cook covered for ten to fifteen minutes. You can now enjoy your chicken curry!
