1. Preheat the oven to 350° F or 180° C. Now, brush oil over a 6-cup muffin tray. Use 2 wonton wrappers at a time and put them in the muffin cup moulds. Ensure to fold the wrappers correctly to create a flower-like pattern

2.  Next, push the base of these wrappers inside the muffin cup moulds. They should be firm inside so that they obtain a proper shape for the cups

3. Next, bake them for approximately  8–10 minutes until the cups become crispy and change colour to light brown. Once done, remove them and keep them aside to cool down

4. Next, marinate these prawns with lime juice, chilli powder, salt and garlic paste/powder. Keep them aside for 10 to 15 minutes

5.  Now, shallow fry them for a few minutes until the prawns look crispy and golden brown

6. You can also bake the prawns in the oven instead of frying them. Bake them at 350°F or 180 °C for approximately 8 to 12 minutes until the prawns have changed their colour

7. On the other hand, combine all the shredded and chopped vegetables to prepare a salad. Mix all the ingredients- olive oil, lime juice, English mustard, salt, pepper and honey. Combine this dressing with the vegetables and toss them properly

8. Next, transfer the hung curd to a bowl and beat it to form a smooth texture. Put salt as per your taste and pan-fried minced garlic. Include a pinch of sugar as well as a pinch or two of red chilli flakes. You can also skip adding sugar and chilli flakes as per your taste

9. Now, take the Wonton cup, put a scoop or two of the salad and top it with the hung curd followed by adding the prawns on top

10. Next, sprinkle some fried garlic or the chilli flakes on the top and garnish some chopped coriander as well. Finally, Prawn Wonton Cups is ready to serve

 Important Points To Note:

1. You can make this dish spicier by adding more chilli flakes to it

2. You can always prepare cups a bit earlier and salad just at the time of serving
