How To Make Pizza Samosa?
- To proceed, first, knead dough from above the ingredients and texture this a semi-soft dough. Keep it aside to rest. Till then, prepare the pizza stuffing.
- Take a saucepan, heat some butter in it. Add minced ginger-garlic, slight crackle them to remove a raw aroma, add chopped onions and saute them all for a couple of minutes.
- Now add chopped capsicum, mushrooms, corn kernels, and tomatoes. Again saute them all for 5-7 minutes until they became a little soggy.
- Now add the dry spices; red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, pizza sauce, and paneer. Mix them well.
- Add pizza sauce and combine all the mixture well. Remember, don’t overcook the veggies.
- Once it is done, transfer this to a bowl/ plate and, in hot, add grated mozzarella cheese and gently mix the filling. Keep aside to cool it completely; otherwise, it creates difficulty while wrapping the samosas.
- Take a kadhai or deep pan and heat enough oil to fry the samosas. Meanwhile, once the oil is heating, prepare the samosas.
- Take a dough and gently knead it. Divide into equal small portions and roll in oval thin or thick (as you required) shape like a roti.
- Cut them into halves, shape them like a cone, stuff the pizza mixture to it, seal the edges by using water, and press the edges lightly. To avoid the stuffing, mess up the oil while frying. Prepare the rest of the samosas.
- Now the oil is hot enough, slip the samosas one by one. Fry till they turn golden brown and crispy.
Your pizza samosas are ready to be served warm with mayonnaise, ketchup, or with all-time favourite green chutney.
