With a traditional pairing like peanut butter and banana, you should enjoy it, and when you create this dish, you'll do just that. The numerous variations available for this recipe, such as chocolate chips, walnuts, and even banana chips, are among its best variations. If you want a rich and delectable evening treat, cook the slices of peanut butter and banana bread in butter before topping them with banana slices and honey. Alternately, for a healthier option, serve with fresh berries and a scant amount of maple syrup. This bread is sure to impress and make everyone you know happy, no matter how you serve it.

Here's how you can make peanut butter banana bread from the comfort of your kitchen.

Ingredients:

 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup butter (unsalted and melted)

 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)

 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)

1 cup mashed brown bananas (it will require approximately 3 large bananas)

 1 teaspoon baking soda

 1 large egg

Method:

350°F for the oven's temperature for preheating. Using nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan and keep it handy.

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Place aside.

Use a fork to mash the ripe bananas in a big bowl. Stir in the melted butter after adding the peanut butter. Add the egg, vanilla essence, and brown sugar by stirring. Stir until smooth.

Don't overmix; just stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones.

Fill the pan with the batter. A toothpick inserted into the centre of the bread should come out clean after baking for 50 to 65 minutes. Just to be cautious, check the bread after 50 minutes. Oven times may vary.

The pan should be taken out of the oven and placed on a wire cooling rack.

For ten minutes, let the bread cool in the pan. The bread should be carefully removed from the pan after being properly cut around the edges.

The bread should only be slightly warm after cooling on the wire cooling rack. Serve after cutting into slices.

Note: The bread will last up to 3 days wrapped in plastic on the counter. This bread freezes wonderfully, too. Cool the bread fully before wrapping it in plastic wrap and putting it in a freezer bag to freeze. For up to a month, you can freeze the bread. When you want to eat this, slice it after it has defrosted.
