Parineeti Chopra Kicks Off Christmas With A Cheese Fondue

Christmas is around the corner, and everybody is too excited to celebrate the festival. Be it a common person or Bollywood celebrities, everyone is in a festive mood, and social media is filled with photos and videos of decorations, Christmas trees, and delectable dishes. Recently, film actress Parineeti Chopra shared a few glimpses of her inaugural Christmas celebrations, which included a cheesy delight.

Last seen in the movie Mission Raniganj, the 35-year-old actress tied the knot with AAP MP Raghav Chadha in September 2023. The wedding ceremony took place in Udaipur. This is her first Christmas post-marriage. Parineeti took to Instagram stories to share some of her festive moments.

The actress shared a series of stories showcasing her gorgeously decorated Christmas trees and Santa Claus Village theme park at her home. But the most appealing thing was the feast she indulged in this holiday season. One of her platters included a mouthwatering cheese fondue. The photo had a caption that said, “Christmas = Homemade Cheese Fondue.” The spread also had carrot sticks, dip, and crackers along with the cheesy treat.

Fondue is melted cheese that is flavoured with white wine and kirsch. This creamy delight is very popular in Swiss, French, and Italian cuisine. Traditionally, it is enjoyed as a dip with cubed bread, cooked potatoes, sliced apples, pears, salami, cornichons, and pickled pearl onions. Be it a small get-together or a Christmas feast, cheese fondue is a perfect addition to all kinds of celebrations.
