Amid chilly weather and festivities, winter has made its way to our doorsteps. With blankets and woolen clothes, we are all ready to enjoy this season. The best thing about winter is we get to relish our favourite seasonal delicaies like gajar ka halwa , teas, sarson ka saag, shorba, moong dal halwa, nihari and gond ke laddoo.  

Seasonal vegetables are also a centre of attraction in this season. They cannot only be transformed into plenty of delicious dishes but are also very nutritious. Cauliflower, also known as gobi, is one of those vegetables. According to Healthline, they are high in vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, K and folate.

Gobi Paratha

This delicious flatbread is one of the most popular ways to add cauliflower in your winter diet. Made with whole wheat flour, grated cauliflower, ghee and spices like garam masala and red chilli powder, it is spicy and delicious in taste. Commonly enjoyed as breakfast, gobi paratha can be served with yoghurt, pickle and butter.
