India loves its burgers, and there is no dearth of good burger places to deliver the same to our doorstep. Building, a juicy, tall burger requires effort, which is why when Boss Burgers came up with their new menu, we were intrigued. The new menu promises ‘bigger, bolder, better’ burgers with new combinations of patties, new fillings and an artisanal experience that will stay with you until long after.
We started with the Rabat Lamb Burger, inspired by middle-east, this is one of their ‘Gourmet Mutton Burgers’ that making quite a few heads turn. The big burger comprising handmade lamb patty, with Moroccan Kefta mayo, salty feta cream and punchy garlic aioli is an absolute winner. The crunchy onions and pomegranate salad do wonders for the texture inside those brioche buns.
Next on our plate was the OG chicken burger, with perfectly grilled chicken patty topped off with melted cheese, the punchy garlic sauce and hot sauce makes this burger made with brioche bun, one of our hot picks from the menu. It is classic, saucy and all things satiating.
A range of interesting sides and beverages also ensure a wholesome experience. We particularly loved the sweet, spicy and sauce Tennesse BBQ Chicken wings. A portion comprises some eight pieces. The tender chicken is flavourful to the core, and straight-up addictive.
Fish and chips fans, can relish their Classic Fish N’ Chips. Batter fried fish served crunchy French fries and a punchy dip, you know you cannot refuse that. Among beverages too, there’s a good range to choose from. The drinks come in handy glass bottles with paper straws. We certainly found ourselves biased towards the Masala Lemonade and the iced tea. We rounded our meal with a jar of creamy Tiramisu, which was more cream and less coffee. Certainly something to be worked upon.
