These are whipped up in just a few minutes, then left to chill and set in the refrigerator. Made with simple cracker biscuits and loaded with cheese cream, the filling makes it a fantastic dessert. Here are two easy and quick, no-bake cake recipes for you to surprise your loved ones and ease your sweet cravings.

Oreo Biscuits Cheesecake

This cake is something you can whip in less than 15 minutes and freeze until the guests arrive. To prepare this, all you need to take are:

Ingredients:

  • 200 gms oreo biscuits
  • 500 gms cream cheese
  • 150 gms butter (melted)
  • 50 gms sugar (powdered, or as you required)
  • White chocolate chips (as you needed)

Method:

  1. You need to take a grinder and grind the oreo biscuits with the melted butter in a grinder. Grind until they turn in a smooth crumble mixture.
  2. Now take ¼ of the cream with white chocolate chips and microwave them for seconds or until they also turn into a liquid form.
  3. In another container, add powdered sugar with the rest of the cream cheese. Whisk it for 1 minute and then add melted white chocolate cream into it. Again whisk them for 1-2 minutes or until they form firm peaks.
  4. Now take a cake tin/ tray/ bowl, spread the grounded biscuit powder layer at the bottom, and pour the chocolate cheese cream.
  5. You can garnish this with some crushed oreo biscuits. Freeze this for 4-5 hours or overnight. 

Your oreo biscuits cheesecake is ready.


Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Cheesecake

This recipe is packed with the flavour of hazelnut chocolate. All we need to take are:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Nutella spread
  • 5 tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread
  • A packet of biscuits (Parle G, Digestive)  

Method:

  1. To begin with, take a double boiler over a medium flame, add 1 cup of fresh cream and let it warm on it.
  2. Now take an electric blender and blend 2 cups of fresh cheese cream, icing sugar, and vanilla essence. Make a smooth mixture of combined ingredients.
  3. Now add warm fresh cream and blend it again and keep it aside.
  4. In the same double-boiled, melt some of your favourite hazelnut chocolate spread, with some Nutella and ½ cup of the cream mix.
  5. Mix this cream thoroughly, generously with light hands. Spread the crushed biscuit layer at the bottom.
  6. Now pour the mixed spread hazelnut chocolate cheese cream on the biscuit layer.

Freeze this cake for 6-7 hours or overnight.

Your chocolate hazelnut cheesecake is ready to be served!
