Winter is here and so is the seasonal produce. Right now, if you visit any local fruit or vegetable market in North India, you will witness saag, mooli (radish), red carrots, peas, beetroot, and Indian gooseberry (amla) among others flooding the stalls. It is that time of the year when people get creative in the kitchen, experiment with ingredients, and prepare some traditional recipes.

Amla Chutney

People make amla ka murabba or even pickle but only a few know that the ingredient is perfect for making sweet and salty chutney out of it. Blend Indian gooseberry with green chillies, coriander, salt, jaggery, and ginger. Green Garlic Chutney
