Taking to her Instagram stories on August 11, 2024, she shared the recipes of clear soup as well as what she had for dinner. Here is a list.

Steamed Salad With Cranberries

While clarifying to her fans that she did not just have clear soup for dinner, the first item on the meal was steamed salad. Though Mira and Shahid Kapoor indeed follow a diet that does not involve starving themselves. It includes eating healthy dishes like steamed salad comprising all the seasons vegetables and carbs, fibre, and vitamin-rich cranberries.

Moong Dal Chilla

Do you know how much protein moong dal has? According to a journal published by Food & Nutrition Research in February 2018, a serving of moong dal contains approximately 21%-31% of protein. The two most common ways to incorporate it into your diet are either making a bowl of dal or moong dal chilla. In many Indian households, the chilla is loaded with paneer and vegetables making it delicious and nutritious.

Mira Kapoor not only knows this secret but also ensures to incorporate the suggestion into her diet. The third item on last night’s dinner menu was a bowl of mixed sabzi. Sourdough Toast & Paneer Bhurji

The sourdough toast was the ultimate source of carbs and crumbs in Mira Kapoor's dinner last night. It is crunchy and when paired with butter, garlic, and burrata, you cannot imagine how delicious it tastes.
