Whenever we think of rice, the two dishes we can instantly think of making are either pulao or biryani. While biryani usually requires one to put in a bit more effort and time, pulao emerges as a better choice for the days when we’re running late and don’t have enough time to spare on cooking. Pulao is undoubtedly the best comfort food for vegetarians that takes very less effort to cook and brings out the best flavours of the veggies, legumes and rice leaving one satisfied to no end.
