Ingredients for Parsi chicken farcha
For chicken marination:
- 250-gram chicken thigh (boneless)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
- Salt to taste
For chicken coating :
- ½ cup bread crumbs/ roasted semolina
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Oil for frying
How To Make Parsi Crispy Chicken Farcha At Home?
- Cut and clean the chicken into little pieces of 50 grams each.
- Take a bowl and add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, salt, and add chicken thighs. Mix the mixture and leave for 15-20 minutes in the fridge for marination.
- Meanwhile, take a hemispherical bowl, break the eggs, add chilli powder to it, whisk it properly.
- Now, in a deep frying utensil, heat the oil.
- Bring out the marinated chicken from the refrigerator, take a one-piece first coat the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs, and then in the egg mixture.
- Deep-fry them on medium flame.
