Born and brought up in Haryana, Manu Bhaker is an Indian sports shooter who has made India proud in the Paris Olympics 2024. With 2 bronze medals, as per reports she also created history by being the first Indian woman to win two medals in a single Olympics.

With the right training and a balanced diet, apart from being a celebrity athlete, Manu Bhaker recently flaunted her candid side on her Instagram handle. Captioned as, “Chhuti ka sahi istemaal karte hue maa ki classes,” which translates to “Making the most of holidays with mum’s classes,” Manu Bhaker shares a video of herself learning to cook.

In one of her interviews, Manu Bhaker revealed that the secret to her exemplary performance in the Paris Olympics is following a strict diet. Reportedly, the vegetarian athlete’s dietary routine includes eating lots of fruits for the fibre content and including a mix of vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

In her latest Instagram story, Manu Bhaker is making the most out of the Indian festival Raksha Bandhan, she is learning to cook. Starting with stirring a pudding-like dessert, which appears to be the traditional halwa, which is one of the common appearances in North Indian households for special occasions and festivities. 

In the next segment of her Instagram story, Manu Bhaker switches to the tawa and flips roti (flat bread). As per reports, the Manu Bhaker’s favourite food is aloo paratha and while learning to cook from her mother, she might be flipping her favourite aloo paratha.
