It might be hard for a foodie to eat healthy all the time, but Malaika knows how to balance both by eating healthy on a regular basis, just like her recent Sunday meal.
One can see her onscreen these days in her latest reality show, Moving In With Malaika. Her fans and followers know that she’s super active on Instagram too. While for many celebrities, the weekend is their ticket to cheat on their diet, it wasn’t the case with Malaika. She was seen gorging on a plateful of avocado toast and scrambled eggs. She captioned the picture, “My Sunday plate”.
This protein and carb-rich meal seems to be the perfect way to keep oneself energised throughout the day. Moreover, this isn’t the first time that Malaika has shared a glimpse of her healthy diet. Earlier, she shared the secret to her glowing skin and fit body in her stories where she was seen starting her day with a cup of hot water, honey, and lemon. There are many Bollywood actors too that swear by this detox concoction.
She also loves to include carbs for breakfast, as we saw on her spread in London, where she was vacationing with Arjun, and said “carbs are my favourite macro for breakfast”. In fact, when she was on a spiritual trip with her mother Joyce Arora and sister Amrita Arora in the Himalayas, she was seen doing yoga and meditation and following a Sattvic diet.
