2 cups whole milk

2 to 4 tbsp whipped cream or whipping cream or heavy cream, add as required – optional
Method:
Take the semi-sweet chocolate and chop or grate it. The quantity of chopped chocolate you need is 6 to 7 tablespoons. Put the chocolate that has been chopped in a small mixing dish. Keep the bowl aside.
