Paneer Bhurji Sandwich is a simple and healthful sandwich filled with spicy paneer/cottage cheese. This is an excellent lunch box alternative, especially for children. The paneer stuffing combination is cooked here and is known as bhurji, which is made in the same way as egg bhurji. To make a healthy choice, use multigrain or whole wheat bread. Another type of paneer sandwich uses uncooked stuffing, such as grated paneer combined with onion, chillies, and a few spice powders and filled between bread.
