Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup cranberries
- Pistachios and almonds (chopped)
- Silver leaves (varq)
Method
- First, melt dark chocolate (Make sure you do it on a double boiler to prevent burning)
- Add dollops of dark chocolate on a lined parchment paper
- Make small discs
- Add small pieces of cranberries to the top
- Add pistachios and almonds to the top (You can always add the nuts of your choice)
- Top it with rose petals
- Top it with silver varq
- Set it in the fridge for 10 mins (Make sure you set it in the fridge only for 10 mins. Later you can take it out and leave them in a cool and dry place)
- Take it out and serve
