1. Combine 2 1/2 cups of yoghurt with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp garlic paste.
2. 3 slit green chillies and 1/2 kg of boneless chicken should be added to the mixture. After combining with your hands, wait for 30 minutes.
3. When the chicken has finished marinating, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and add 2 chopped onions. Cook for a golden brown colour.
4. 1 chopped tomato has now been added; simmer for 1 minute.

1. Combine 1 cup cooked rajma, 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas, and chicken cubes in a bowl.
2. Add 1/3 cup each of diced tomatoes, diced spring onions, and diced capsicum.
3. Add 1 tbsp diced dates and 1/3 cup sliced pineapple for a sweet and savoury touch.
4. To make the dressing, combine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped jalapeno peppers, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
5. After adding the dressing, thoroughly toss the salad. Offer cold.
