Ingredients for dry fruit salad-
1 Cucumber
1 green, red and yellow capsicum
1 Boiled potatoes
½ Corn and grated carrot
Lettuce ( if available at home )
A handful of Walnuts, raisins
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 Pomegranate
½ teaspoon black pepper
Method of preparation-
Take and cut out all the vegetables in small and delicate pieces.
Next, take the potatoes and boil them. After cooking, roast them. If you wish to not roast, you can bake instead for an even healthier version of the salad.
Take a big salad bowl and pour all the capsicums, carrot, cucumber, baked or roasted potato pieces. Also, pour walnuts, raisins, corn and pomegranate.
Squeeze one spoon of lime juice into it for a tangy flavour and add sugar powder in the quantity mentioned earlier.
For the dressing, take a bowl, mix mustard paste and olive oil into it. Beat the mixture well.
Put the above dressing into the big bowl of salad, toss all the ingredients well.
