200 gm deseeded jackfruit flesh
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
Rock salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp rice flour
Chilli power (as per taste)
Olive oil just to sprinkle on the brines
2 sheets parchment paper

Here’s how you can make some really crispy yet healthy jackfruit chips
Step 1: Clean the jackfruit, rinse it, and cut even pieces. Let them dry.
Step 2: Once these strips are dried, add rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chilly powder on the jackfruit strips and coat them thoroughly. Once properly coated, keep them aside.
Step 3: Now preheat your oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Step 4: Take the baking tray and arrange the parched paper on it.
Step 5: Now spread the jackfruits strips evenly on the tray. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle salt over them.
Step 6: Now place the tray in the oven and bake these strips for 5 to 10 minutes (until crisp).
Tip: Keep a constant check on the tray so that you don’t end up burning your chips.
