- 7-8 Pieces Steamed Chicken Momos
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Momos Chutney
- Chaat Masala to taste
- Pan-fry or deep-fry the momos in hot oil until they are crispy.
- The next step is to take a bowl and combine all the spices with the curd or cream.
- Add fried momos, a spoonful of melted butter, and momos chutney after that. Mix everything thoroughly.
