How to make chocolate chip almond cookies:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter ( unsalted )
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cup chopped dark chocolates ( pick almond chocolate )
- Flaky salt to sprinkle
Recipe
- Start with preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a large bowl, put the butter and sugar and whisk it with a hand mixer. Whisk it until you see fluffiness in its texture.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk on medium speed until a smooth dough is ready.
- Add chopped chocolates to the dough.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet 5 cm apart and lightly sprinkle the salt.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pat the counter several times to flatten the cookies.
- Return the foil to the oven and bake for another 1-2 minutes until the cookie is solid around the edges but still slightly mushy in the center.
- Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before moving to the cooling grill to cool completely.
Tip: Do not forget to add some chocolate chips to the dough.
You can store these cookies for up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature.
