Poori

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover kathal sabzi - 2 cups
  2. Kali mirch powder - a pinch
  3. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  5. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  6. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli - chopped
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Flour - 3 cups
  10. Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, put the leftover jackfruit sabzi in the flour and mix well.
  2. Now, add other ingredients, ghee and water, to this mixture.
  3. After kneading the dough, leave it like this for about 10 minutes so that the pooris become soft.
  4. Take a dough ball and keep rolling the poori.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add the pooris and fry them well.

Pakode

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover kathal sabzi - 2 cups
  2. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Asafetida - a pinch
  6. Gram flour - 1 cup
  7. Rice flour - 1 tsp
  8. Ajwain - 1/3 tsp
  9. Green chilli - 1
  10. Oil for frying

Method:

  1. First, add gram flour and rice flour to the leftover jackfruit sabzi and mix it well.
  2. After this, add the other ingredients, mash them well and keep them aside.
  3. After some time, shape the mixture into pakoras.
  4. Put oil in a pan for heating; place the pakoras and deep fry them.

Cutlet

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover jackfruit sabzi - 2 cups
  2. Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Bread powder - 1 cup
  6. Boiled potatoes - 2
  7. Oil - 2 cups

Method:

  1. First, put the leftover sabzi, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and salt in a vessel and mix it well.
  2. Now, add boiled potatoes and mash them well.
  3. After this, shape the mixture into cutlets and wrap it in bread powder.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, put the cutlets, and deep-fry them.
  5. Remove the excess oil from the cutlets and serve.
