Summer is the time to indulge in your favourite flavour of ice cream. The sweltering heat makes for the perfect excuse to dig in to the frozen dessert. B-town celebs can often be spotted relishing their favour ice cream and sharing photos of the dessert on their social media. From Rakul Preet to Kunal Kemmu, stars have been enjoying various flavours and types of ice cream in the relentless summers that we have been experiencing this year.
Whether these stars are in India or abroad, a scoop of ice-cream to survive the hot summer has proven to be a great hack. Kunal Kemmu who is holidaying with his family in London, United Kingdom right now, took advantage of the weather and spent family time bonding over some ice cream. Kunal shared photos of the moment to his social media. In the photo were Kunal, Soha Ali Khan and Inaaya Kemmu, sitting on a bench and sharing a single scoop of vannila ice cream that Inaaya was holding on to. The European summer can get towards the warmer side, making enough opportunity to gobble up a big scoop of your choice of ice-cream. Special ice cream parlours in Europe like Amorino in France, is known to give an aesthetic presentation to the ice-cream. In Amorino for instance, one gets an ice cream in which the cream is layered in the shape of petals! Wouldn’t you want to eat such a beautiful looking creamy ice cream?

Ingredients:
- Flour(maida) – 4tbsp
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
- Coffee Powder – 1tsp
- Sugar (fine grain) – 3tbsp
- Baking powder – 1tsp
- Butter (melted, salted) – 1½ tbsp
- Vanilla Extract – few drops
- Milk (room temp) – 6-7 tbsp
- Chocolate chips/chunks – ½ cup
Method:
- In a large mug mix all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix it well till all the ingredients are properly mixed. Now add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Place the mug in a microwave. Press the microwave option, select high heat and cook the cake for 2½-3mins. Remove and serve warm, hot or cold.
