After bagging some major acting awards this year for her performance in Mimi, actor Kriti Sanon has successfully established herself as an artiste to bank on. Kriti, who recently walked for designers Shantanu and Nikhil for Lakme Fashion Week 2022, shared a cute BTS video from the event.
In the video, the actor can be seen chomping on a yummy burger while getting her hair done. It appeared to be a simple aloo tikki burger. As she grabs a bite, she asks her cameraman, if he has any shots of her eating healthy.
If you happen to follow Kriti on social media, you are, perhaps, aware that the actor is a big-time foodie. During the lockdown, she even donned the hat of a chef multiple times and cooked various dishes like quinoa oats and banana cake, bread pudding, caramel custard, chocolate tart and soft roll buns, chocolate babka, and masala prawn curry. Whenever she is shooting outdoors, she even makes it a point to catch up on some local food. But then how does she maintain her shape?
Kriti Sanon's Diet
It is all the fine art of balance. Kriti does not believe in starving, but she does keep a track of her calories. She starts her day with a glass of water with lemon or honey to activate her metabolism and keep her skin hydrated. Her breakfast typically comprises boiled eggs, bread and butter, or a diet mayo sandwich.
She has either one big lunch or one big dinner. And this big meal can consist of anything from rice and chicken curry to rajma chawal, dal chawal and veggies. Kriti is also a fan of soups, as she finds it extremely nourishing and filling. Therefore, if she has had one big meal in the day, later on she just enjoys her big bowl of soup. Kriti also ensures she gets eight hours of sleep every day.
