Method:

- Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chillies. Saute for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add water and bring the gravy to a boil.
- Add the fish pieces to the gravy and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or bhakri.
