Italian Special: How To Make Paneer Pineapple Pizza At Home?

This is the ultimate veggie pizza that will surely tickle your taste buds! So if you want to taste something special tonight, go for this classic paneer pineapple pizza. Ingredients

For The Pizza Crust:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour 
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1- ½ tsp active dry yeast 
  • 1- ½ tbsp salt 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin oil 
  • Lukewarm water, as required

For The Topping:

  • 1 cup pineapple (cut into ¼ inch slices)
  • 1 cup paneer (cut into small cubes)
  • ½ bell pepper (red/ yellow/green, thinly sliced)
  • Broccoli (small florets)
  • 1 tbsp black olives (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp jalapenos (sliced)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 
  • 4 tbsp cheese spread 
  • Grated cheese 
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce 

How To Make Paneer Pineapple Pizza?

  1. To begin with cheesy pineapple pizza, first, you need to make the pizza dough. 
  2. Take a bowl of all wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, oil with active yeast water.
  3. Knead the ingredients with lukewarm water. Eventually, you get a sticky dough; after 4-5 minutes, drizzle some oil and knead well. Once it is done, combine in a round, smooth softball, cover, and let it rest for about 30-45 minutes, or until it has risen. 
  4. While pizza dough is resting, let's prep for toppings. Take a pressure cooker, add pineapple slices with ¼ of water and give 3 to 4 whistles. 
  5. Once pressure cooking is done, drain the water and secure pineapple slices. 
  6. Into a large bowl mix, cooked pineapple, bell peppers (capsicum), cheese spread, Italian seasoning, paneer, and salt. Toss all the ingredients until they combine well. Please don’t mix it with a spoon or hands; the paneer and pineapple pieces will get crumbled; gently toss them. 
  7. After the pizza dough has risen, punch the risen dough to remove excess air, knead it for seconds. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. 
  8. Take small portions from the dough, dust the surface with dry flour and roll the ball. Use your fingers to shape the pizza base evenly into a circle. 
  9. Transfer the base into a dusted pizza tray/pan. Generously spread pizza sauce on the pizza base, place pineapple and paneer toppings, sliced onion, garlic, broccoli florets, olives, and jalapenos. 
  10. Now the top of the veggies, grate cheese and transfer the pizza to the oven—Bake at 220 to 240 degrees celsius. 
  11. Bake it until the cheese gets melted, which takes 12-15 minutes. Please remove it from the oven once it is done. 

Your cheesy paneer pineapple pizza is ready, cut into slices, and serve hot.
