The dragon chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese non-vegetarian appetizer recipe. It is made with boneless chicken, spices, ginger-garlic paste, fried in hot oil, tossed in honey, and cashew nuts. The honey gives a balanced tinge of sweetness to the dish, and the usage of cashews makes a crunchy flavour to it. Even though being a restaurant-style dish, you can make it at your home efficiently. It would be best if you grabbed some sauces to make this fiery dish from the supermarket. Here is the recipe to make dragon chicken at home:

How To Make Dragon Chicken?
- To begin with, first, cut the chicken breast into long thin strips.
- Take a deep bowl and start marinating the chicken strips with ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha sauce, egg, and marinate it for 20-25 minutes in the fridge. Add cornflour and all-purpose flour just before you fry the chicken.
- Fry the marinated chicken until they turn crispy. Once it is done, set aside and prepare to make the sauce.
- Heat a wok with oil, add dried chillies followed by ginger and garlic, saute it for 10-15 seconds, and add chopped cashews. Be careful not to burn the cashews and other spices. Saute them to remove the raw taste.
- Now add sliced onions, green, red, and yellow capsicum, and saute it for 4-5 minutes.
- Take a small bowl and mix Ajinomoto, soya sauce, tomato, and chilli sauce. Pour this mixture of sauce into the wok/ pan.
- Add the chicken stock, black pepper, honey, and salt. Combine everything.
- Make a thick gravy-like sauce, add the fried chicken and toss well until chicken is thoroughly combined well with the sauce.
- Lastly, add vinegar and chopped spring onions. Again mix all the ingredients or chicken well. Once it is done, switch off the flame.
Your dragon chicken is ready. Garnish the white sesame seeds and serve hot with hakka noodles, fried or plain rice.
