Ingredients

  1. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

  3. Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Amla - 1 cup chopped
  6. Onion - 1 chopped
  7. Garlic 5-6 cloves
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Mint - 1/2 tsp
  10. Tomato - 1 

How to make amla soup?

  1. First of all, boil chopped gooseberry, mint leaves, chopped tomato, onion, garlic and ginger in a cooker by adding a cup of water.
  2. When the cooker's pressure is released, please remove the ingredients, put them in the mixer, and prepare a paste.
  3. Put the paste in a pan, boil it. After a while, add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and cook it.
  4. Now serve it by adding mint leaves and black pepper powder on top.

ONION GARLIC SOUP

Ingredients

  1. Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  2. Salt-according to taste
  3. Garlic-10-12 buds
  4. Green Onion-1 
  5. Butter-1/2 tsp
  6. Onion-2

How to make onion garlic soup? 

  1. First of all, peel the onion, garlic, cut them finely, and keep them aside.
  2. After this, put butter in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
  3. Now add finely chopped garlic, onion and fry it for four to five minutes.
  4. Now add a cup of water, boil it for some time, and after it cools down, put in a mixer to grind.
  5. After grinding, cook again in the same pan, add salt, black pepper powder, and mix well.
  6. Tasty onion garlic soup is ready to serve.

MOONG DAL SOUP

Ingredients

  1. Yellow Moong dal - 1/2 cup
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - as per taste
  5. Ghee - 1 tsp

How to make moong dal soup? 

  1. First of all, wash the lentils thoroughly.
  2. Now put lentils, turmeric, salt, a cup of water in a cooker and cook till three to four whistles.
  3. After it cools down, add black pepper, ghee, boil it for some time and turn off the gas.
