Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 3 tsp sugar
- 4 ½ tsp corn starch
- Vanilla essence
- Food colouring (totally optional)
Method
- First, preheat the microwave to 180 degree Celsius.
- Take a bowl and add egg whites to it.
- Start beating the egg whites until it attains a bubbly texture.
- Now add sugar and start whisking the mixture again.
- Then add corn starch and whisk everything together until you achieve stiff peaks.
