Ingredients:
4 rice cakes or puffed rice
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 dates (soaked and blended in purée)
½ tsp organic stevia powder
Pinch of rock salt (optional)
Method:
- Take crushed rice cakes in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter to it and mix well.
- Next, add the pureed date paste and mix again.
- Add organic stevia powder to this mixture.
- Roll into balls, and line it on a plate.
- Add some melted chocolate on top.
- These are ready to eat!
