- Amla - 250 grams
- Salt - as per taste
- Mustard - 2 tsp
- Fennel - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 cup
How to make gooseberry pickles?
- First of all, heat water in a vessel, add salt, light turmeric, boil the gooseberry and cool it.
- After cooling, take out the seeds from the amla.
- Now put fennel seeds, fenugreek, mustard seeds, cumin in a mixer and grind them coarsely.
- Now in a pan, heat oil, add asafoetida, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli, green chilli, salt, ground spices and fry it for some time.
- Now put boiled gooseberry in it, and after stirring it once, cover it with a plate and turn off the gas after some time.

AMLA LADOO
Ingredients
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Almond powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew powder - 2 tsp
- Sweet soda - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 150 grams
- Amla - 300 grams
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp
How to make gooseberry ladoo?
- First, put the gooseberry in the microwave or boil it in water. After it cools down, please take out the seeds and grate them.
- Now heat a pan, add grated amla, sugar and cook it while stirring for some time.
- After cooking for two to three minutes, add ghee to it, mix it well, and cook for some time.

How to make gooseberry chutney?
- First of all, in a pan, heat oil, fry the fennel and add boiled gooseberry for a while.
- After 2-3 minutes, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, ghee and cook it for one to two minutes.
- After cooking for three minutes, add salt to it, and after mixing it well, turn off the gas.
