There are a lot of different records that some people try to make and break. Making most expensive foods and serving them is one of those records that people in the hospitality industry are often ready to challenge. When it comes to India, we go all out and I have many records to our name because as a country we are very enthusiastic about food. Recently an award was made in Hyderabad that has gotten everybody amused.

The record that we're talking about is a Hyderabad eatery which has apparently served the most expensive dosa in the world. The dosa is laced with 24-Carat pure gold which makes it super-duper expensive. Now, this news has become very amusing in the culinary world where people are finding this a record that'll be hard to break in near future. The entire dosa platter is the cause of intrigue in the industry and the customers alike.

Priced at a whooping 916 rupees, the Dosa has been the point of interest for customers since it has been launched. it looks a very different color as the dosa is made from a special batter unlike the plain battle that is usually used. Then the final dish is smeared with 24-Carat gold flakes that are edible, which gives it a very royal and rich look. there were a lot of concerns about the fact that the gold flakes might not be good for consumption but the restaurant has cleared that any kind of product used in making the dish is safe an edible.

This is not the first time when we have a very unique kind of dosa. India is anyway the land of food and spices but now it has become the land of experimenting with all sorts of food that are there, and dosa being one of the most versatile dishes has suffered a great deal of modification. We have seen ice cream dosa and Chinese dosa, so this gold dosa is not that difficult to imagine.

All you foodies, if you want to taste this 24-carat pure gold dosa, then go ahead and visit Hyderabad for the experience.
