Gujarati cuisine is popular for its wide variety of snacks (farsan), which strike a balance between taste, texture, and nutritional content. From the crispy Fafda to the fluffy Khaman Dhokla, these snacks are delicious accompaniments to any meal or as standalone treats. These popular delicacies were traditionally made by time-consuming grinding, soaking, and fermentation procedures that could take several hours or even days.
With a well-equipped hand blender, this preparation procedure can be done within just a couple of minutes. The use of Usha's hand blender simplifies the procedure, which makes it possible to achieve smooth, lump-free consistency with little effort. Here are some of the batter recipes given which you can effortlessly prepare with your Usha's hand blender.
Khaman Dhokla Batter
Every Gujarati home loves khaman dhokla, a delicious fluffy steamed snack made with gram flour (besan).
