If you want to surprise your father with something delicious and beyond ordinary, then here are some easy-to-make and exciting barbeque recipes to make it home.

* Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon is a very simple and awesome seafood option that one can barbeque at home. It has a zesty flavour because of the presence of orange zest and also has flavours of soya sauce, honey, and garlic cloves. To make this appetising dish at home, one has to marinate some Solomons with ingredients, such as orange zest, soya sauce, honey, chilli flakes, some grated ginger and a little bit of yoghurt, which is optional. Let this salmon absorb the flavours for at least 20 minutes before keeping it on the barbeque stand. One can let it cook until it turns glazy and serve it with some boiled vegetables.

* Grilled Pineapples

Grilled pineapples are one of the most indulgent fruits that taste so good after being cooked on a barbeque stand. One can make special pineapple skewers by carefully assorting pieces of pineapple, red onions, tomatoes, and any other fruit or vegetable of choice. On the top of the skewers, one has to sprinkle some lemon juice along with fresh parsley, and then keep it on the top of the griller. It is prepared by cutting tofu into small cubicle pieces and then marinating them in a marinade made from soya sauce, light, brown, sugar, rice, wine, vinegar, groundnut, oil, fresh, ginger, peppercorns, and any other spice that one would like to add. The tofu has to be perfectly synchronised with this marinade and then cooked on the top of a griller. Once this is done, the tofu can be served after sprinkling some coriander leaves on the top.

A paneer tikka is not just a delicious snack, but also a feeling unlike anything else. Paneer tikka is one of the most famous barbeque recipes in India and is the perfect way to surprise Indian dads. It is made by taking blocks of paneer and arranging them into skewers after marinating them in a spice mixture and yoghurt. Also, a lot of lime juice is added in the marination process. While arranging blocks of marinated paneer in skewers, one can also add red onions and tomatoes. The skewers can be cooked on the top of a barbeque and served with some mint chutney.

Then one has to carefully assort these pieces of chicken tikka with onions and tomatoes. Carefully grill it on a barbeque until it turns a little black from the ends. Chicken tikka is generally enjoyed with some mint and coriander chutney and vinegar onions.
