Following the announcement of bringing London’s chain of Thai restaurant – Wagamama – to India, the food and retail company Travel Food Services is partnering up with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants to open six new restaurant concepts across a span of the next three years. With plans underway to unveil six airport restaurants by 2027, the first sites are setting their eyes on a final quarter launch this year. Kicking off this exciting venture with three concepts – Street Pizza, Street Burger and Plane Food To-Go, each of these will aim to provide quality meals to travellers who are looking to experience dining with a flair.

While Ramsay’s Plane Food will offer all-day pre-departure dining options, Street Burger and Street Pizza will focus on highlighting gourmet burgers and artisanal pizzas packed with robust flavours and premium ingredients. Plane Food To-Go will also offer travellers the option of gourmet meals which are grab-and-gp, that they can enjoy at their convenience without having to compromise on taste or quality. This landmark moment, which marks the first foray of the celebrity chef’s ventures into India, travel and food enthusiasts await to sample some of the fare soon.
