Ingredients-

2. 1 onion ( small size)

3. 2 cloves

4. Pepper cornflour

5. Cinnamon powder

6. Tamarind( small piece)

7. 1 Red chilli

8. 4 garlic cloves

9. 1 tsp red chilli powder

10. ½ tsp salt

11. ½ tsp sugar

12.½ cup Rava

13. 1 tsp turmeric powder

Method-

  1. Clean the fish by cutting it smoothly. Afterwards, you should marinate the fish with some salt and apply chilly powder and turmeric for 5 minutes.

  • After completing the initial processes, the next step is to prepare the stuffing.

  • For the stuffing, cook onion until soft, then add cloves, pepper, cinnamon, tamarind, black pepper, garlic, red chilli powder, salt, and sugar to produce a mixture in a food processor. On both sides of the fish bone, stuff this mixture into the mackerel.

  • Mix Rava, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt in a dish. To prevent the stuffing from leaking, roll the stuffed mackerel on both sides while holding it carefully.

  • In a pan, add one tablespoon of oil—Cook for 10 minutes on one side with the stuffed mackerel. Then, add some drops of oil, turn it carefully and fry for another 10 minutes on the other side.

  • With these steps, your mackerel is ready to relish.

  • Believe us, once after trying you won’t feel disappointed.
