Chocolate balls or ladoos - what’s your pick? For anyone craving chocolate it could be just the best way to sate those weekend cravings. We can also be a little desi and call these ‘chocolate ladoos’ cause why not! Most chocolate related recipes take a little time but with these new delicious ‘Chocolate Balls/ ladoos’ without wasting much of your time you can quickly make them within 10 minutes. The recipe is one of our all-time favourites and we are so excited to share it with you. 10-Minute Chocolate Ball Recipe 

  • 75g sugar 

  • 50g milk powder 

  • 2-3 drops of vanilla essence (optional) 

  • 50g unsalted butter 

  •  

  • After melting on a low flameadd cocoa powder, sugar powder and milk powder into the pan. 

  • According to the consistency, add milk and mix them well. 

  • Make round ball shaped dough. 

  • After the dough is fresh and ready, start making your chocolate balls/ ladoos one by one. 

  • Approximately 9-10 balls/ ladoos can be made depending on the size. 

  • For the richness of taste, you can add roasted almonds/ cashews/ hazelnut /gems as per individual liking. 

  • Your chocolate balls are now ready to serve and enjoy!
