Galician cuisine belongs to traditional and typical dishes that originate from the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. Of course, the cuisine is rich in terms of both taste and flavours. However, what’s once served is supposed to be the central part of the cuisine, after which neither does the cook nor does the recipe matter. Polbo a’ feira is a traditional dish of Gallican that is quite famous. The name of this dish means a ‘fair-style octopus’, so now you know what the first thing to look for in the streets of Galicia is. This Spanish octopus is boiled and cooked in olive oil with a lot of spices.

3. Caldo Gallego
Caldo Gallego is a Gallican broth, a traditional soup dish made with cabbage, white beans, potatoes, and lard with a few more ingredients. It is typically enjoyed by the locals at lunchtime but rarely during dinner. Another thing unique about this Galician soup is it is served in earthen bowls.
