My introduction to this life-saving food (not literally of course) happened in 2005 I guess when a team of marketing people came to my school and served a plate of Maggi to every single person in the compound for free. To be honest, I didn’t like it then and also didn’t try it again for many years, thanks to my mother’s strict eating rules. One of them was not to have junk food at all. When I did get a chance to have Maggi again, I experimented a bit and added fried onion, green peas, and tomatoes to the same. Since then, Maggi has been my best friend. If fusion can do something like this and turn your least favourite dish into your go-to food, you must go for that. But, these days, food fusion has gone to another level.
