1. Stir fry some enoki mushrooms and brisket
Ingredients:
Thinly slicked brisket
Enoki mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
Green onion
Onion
Cilantro
Pepper
Soy Bean squared
Method:
Start with heating up a skillet to medium heat with some olive oil. Toss in some minced garlic and thinly sliced onions and cook till the onions are translucent. Add the enoki mushrooms and the brisket to the skillet. Saute it all together.
When the dish is almost done, add some green onions black pepper, and finish by drizzling our Yo Soy Bean Squared sauce on top. After that you're all done! This stir fry is delicious and goes well with anything. Try it out sometime!
