To make this delight, in a blender, add 1 cup of strong brewed coffee (cooled), 1/2 cup of pitted and soaked dates, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of ice cubes, and a drizzle of honey. Summer calls for refreshers, and that too, coconut. It already sounds refreshing, right ? to make this, In a blender, add the dates and blend it into a smooth paste. Add coconut water,  blended dates and a squeeze of lime juice with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with lime and dates. Top it with ice and serve chilled. Date And Yoghurt Lassi
