How To Make Butter Chicken Sandwich From Scratch:
- Take the chicken pieces in a bowl and wash well.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste to the chicken pieces. Marinate it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Once marinated, fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.
- Then, add butter to a pan, followed by onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Now, add cream, and mix everything together.
- Let it simmer for some time, and then add kasuri methi and the chicken pieces.
- Cook for 5 minutes, and then take the butter chicken in a bowl and add mayonnaise to it. Mix it all well.
- Spread the butter chicken on one slice of bread and cover with the other.
